Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021
It is against the law to administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler to underaged persons under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021.
If we believe you are underage, even if you produce documents we have the right to refuse treatment.
You may be asked to send us a photo of your ID before booking online, please co-operate accordingly.
We request everyone to bring a Government issued photo identification document with a birth date to their appointment.
You may be refused treatment if you do not produce ID Documents. We will report anyone we believe to be using fraudulent documents.
Cancellations
You'r appointments and well-being are very important to FLB and I understand that sometimes , unexpected events /illness can happen.
If you need to cancel your appointment i respectfully request 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation made less than 24hours notice is a 50% charge of treatment booked .
No show will be 100% charge of treatment booked.
